Alberto L. Gutierrez

Alberto L. Gutierrez born on April 8, 1939, passed away surrounded by his loving family on September 4, 2021, at the age of 82 in Pearsall, Texas. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ascension and Anastacia Gutierrez, Sr.; wife, Emilia V. Gutierrez; brothers, Roberto and Benito Gutierrez; sisters, Margarita Gutierrez, Felipa De La Fuente, and Victoria Camacho. 

Alberto is survived by his children, LeRoy Barron (Coral), Jorge Alberto Gutierrez (Norma), Maribel G. Carrillo (Carlos), and Romero Alberto Gutierrez (Hope); nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brothers, Domingo and Ascencion Gutierrez Jr.; sisters, Guadalupe and Gloria Gutierrez, Anastacia Torres, Linda Esquivel, Olga Laredo, Alicia Perez, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, from 5 pm-9 pm with a prayer service to be recited at 7 pm at Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Pearsall, Texas.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 10 am at Iglesia Bautista Belen on 920 E. Medina St. in Pearsall, Texas with interment to follow in Frio County Cemetery in Pearsall, Texas.
