Bertha Chacon

Bertha Chacon, age 90 of Devine, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 13, 2022. She was born January 19, 1932, to parents, Pedro and Isabel (Ramirez) Gutierrez in Devine, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jose “Pepe” Chacon; her son, Billy Joe Chacon, Sr.

Bertha is survived by her Grandson, Billy “BJ” Chacon, Jr. and wife, Letty of Devine, Texas; Granddaughter, Carisa Carrizales and husband Michael of Fischer, Texas; great-grandchildren, Marley Jo Carrizales, Mikey Carrizales, Mia Chacon, Joseph “Joey” Chacon, and Natalie “Natty” Chacon; many nieces, nephews, friends, and Church family.

Services will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, with visitation starting at 8:30 A.M. until service time at 11:00 A.M. at the Betania Baptist Church 404 E. Hondo Ave., Devine, Texas, 78016 with interment to follow at Evergreen cemetery.
