Celia A Sandoval

Celia A. Sandoval, of Lytle, Texas, has gone to be with her Lord and Savior at the age of 68. 

Celia could be found helping her church community, she spent many hours donating her time, smile, and prayers, and pouring love into the Lytle community. Celia, lovingly called "Miss Sally", provided childcare in the Lytle community for over 30 years, and leaves a legacy of love and kindness shared with the children she cared for. She was also a eucharistic minister, and prayed the rosary for the ill and special events. Above all, Celia was a loving and doting mother, and being a grandmother was her greatest pleasure in life. She was also seen as a second mother to her nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her grandparents; Manuel and Lily Cuellar, parents, Cipriano and Anita Alfaro, sister; Norma Alfaro, brother; Mario Alfaro, and daughter; Jennifer Sandoval. 

Celia is survived by her loving husband Juan Sandoval, son; JD and wife, Crystal Sandoval, sisters; Isabel Fuentes, Janette Solis, Lupe Silva, Rachel Alfaro, Sophie Alfaro, brothers; Adolph Alfaro and Eddie Alfaro, she also leaves behind her beautiful grandchildren; Jaclyn Velasquez, Juan Velasquez III, Sadie Sandoval, Justyn Sandoval, and Sierra Sandoval; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held in her honor at Primrose Funeral Services of Lytle, TX on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 4:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m. A Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 10:00a.m. at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Lytle, Tx, with interment to follow in Lytle Community Cemetery.
