He worked so hard to better the lives of his family with little regard for himself. Through true grit he worked with his rough and calloused hands to earn that honest dollar. In doing so he also earned the respect of many men around him. Men who say "that's a good man" at the sound of his name. I have lost count of the many times that has happened, and it makes me proud to be his son every time. Those same calloused and rough hands would turn velvet soft when holding his many grandchildren. His sun beaten face would flush with a smile when he looked into their eyes. Dad was the epitome of what a man should be to his wife and children. Rough enough to fight back evil and soft enough to be an Angel. And that is what I believe he is doing right now". -Alan To All our Friends and Loved ones.
