Doris Yvonne Sternnadle

Doris Yvonne Sternnadle, age 92 of Jourdanton, Texas passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 in Jourdanton, Texas.

Doris was born March 1, 1927 in Zephyr, Texas to parents, Clyde H. and Gertie Bonnie (Waldrum) Greer.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Charles Huffman, second husband, John August Sternnadle; son, Gerald Wayne Huffman; daughter, Linda Gail Huffman; parents, Clyde H. Greer and Gertie Bonnie W. Greer; sisters; Betty Ruth Greer, and Patricia Ann Gott.

She is survived by her children, Bill Huffman and wife Laurie of Wimberly, Bonnie Hendricks and husband Stan of Washington State, Sandy K. Harriman and husband Darrel of Devine, and Chuck Huffman of Devine; grandchildren, Raynette Schneider, John Raymond Thomas, Shane Huffman, Heather Georgiou, Michael Schillick, L. Michelle Thomson, Shannon Harriman, Gail Harriman, Tracie Lawler, Kelly Hurst, Roxanne Westerholm; eighteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 15, 2019 at the First Baptist Church with interment to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
