Dorothy Ann Reed

Dorothy Ann Reed, age 80 of Devine, Texas went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, July 22, 2023. She was born on November 16, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas to parents Travis A. Mitchell and Lorene Clark Mitchell. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband of eighteen years Paul W. Reed, sisters Frances Lorene Riggs and Bobbye Caples. 

Dorothy is survived by her daughter Darla L. Reed, son Paul R. Reed and wife, Sandra L. Wilson Reed, Robert Gentry, granddaughters Savanna D. Hinajosa and husband, Lalo, Shania Mercer Maldonado, KeeLee D. Reed and spouse, Justin Ruiz and Shiana Mercer Anderson and spouse, Jason Anderson, Brittany Rendon and husband, Isaac, Sidney Martinez, Jacob Martinez, great-grandchildren Daryl and John Hinajosa, Elijah Mercer, Baby Anderson, Blair Ruiz, Amerlynn and Bentley Gutierrez, Liam Rodriguez, Matias Rendon, sister Julia Odom and spouse, Ronnie Odom, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 28, 2023, 5:00 until 9:00 P.M. Primrose Funeral Service Chapel, Devine, Texas. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023, 10:00 A.M. Primrose Funeral Service Chapel Devine, Texas with interment to follow at Evergreen cemetery. Lunch at Redemption Baptist Church following services at cemetery for family and friends.
