Eliodoro R. Gonzalez

Eliodoro R. Gonzalez, a beloved husband and devoted father, passed away on November 7, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 66. Eliodoro was born on November 21, 1956, in Childress, Texas. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Viviano and Adela Gonzalez; brothers, Eumeraldo Gonzalez, Honorio Gonzalez and Enedino Gonzalez; sister, Alamar Arebalo.   

Eliodoro was a loving man that could engulf family and friends with his affection and laughter. He worked hard not only in his career but with his home and garden, always eager to be outside working with his hands in the sunshine and fresh air. His green thumb could persuade any plant to grow and flourish just like his love for Sylvia. He was a proud husband and father who whisked his family away on camping and beach trips often. The beach was not only a place but an experience he shared with those he loved most where crashing waves brought joy and peace. 

Eliodoro leaves behind a profound legacy filled with cherished memories shared with loved ones. He is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia Gonzalez and their four sons, Kevin Gonzalez, Ethan Gonzalez (Angelica DeLaRosa), Nathan Gonzalez and Kalen Gonzalez; sisters, Erma G. Santos, Ermidia G. Martinez, Yolanda G. Morales, Odilia G. Trevino, Yomeda G. Escobar, and Edelmira G. Moss.

A visitation will be on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 12:00 p.m. at Primrose Funeral Services in Pearsall, Texas. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
