Gregoria Salazer Vasquez

Gregoria Salazar Vasquez, age 102, of Pearsall, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 4, 1917, in Mexcio to Bonifacio and Tomasita (Paiza) Salazar. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Domingo Vasquez and her brother, Silverio Salazar.

Gregoria is survived by her daughters, Rita V. Munoz of Lubbock, Texas, Luisa Salazar Viesca of Pearsall, Texas; nine grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, thirty-five great-great-grandchildren and her 4 great-great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2019, in the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Pearsall from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitation will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with the Rosary recited at 7 p.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine.

Resthaven Funeral Home in Lubbock will have a Rosary at 7 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2019. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 21, 2019, San Ramon Catholic Church in Woodrow, Tx with interment to follow in the Resthaven Cemetery in Lubbock Texas.
