Jeffrey is survived by Mirta Martin - spouse, Conrad (Corazon) De La Cruz - son, Jeffrey (Jessica) Martin - son, Jake (Angie) Martin - son, Phyllis Martin - daughter, Jeremy De La Cruz - son, Diana (Charlie) De La Cruz - sister, Vicki Feete - sister, 7 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
