Jo Ann Carroll

Jo Ann Carroll, age 56 of Devine, Texas entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. She was born on December 8, 1966, to parents, Herman Edward and Helen Lillian (Miller) Suits, in Winter Haven, Florida.

She is preceded in death by her parents. Jo Ann is survived by her loving husband of eighteen years, Kelley Carroll; son, Joshua McCoy and wife, Lauren; stepson, Beau Carroll and wife, Traci; stepdaughter, Whitney Williams and husband, Jayson; grandchildren, Emery Jae McCoy, Kynzli and Tenley Carroll; sister, Diane Anderson; niece, Kristin Suits; nephew, JT Anderson.

Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023, 10:00 A.M. Primrose Funeral Services Chapel Devine, Texas with service concluding at the funeral home.
