Joe David Olivares Billalobos, Sr. age 67 of Devine, Texas passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019 in Devine, Texas.

Joe was born September 11, 1952 in Devine, Texas to parents, Ramon R. Billalobos, Sr. and Adelina Olivares Billalobos.

Joe is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bernandino and San Juana Olivares; paternal grandparents, Bentura and Maria Billalobos.

Joe is survived by his parents, Ramon R. Billalobos, Sr. and Adelina O. Billalobos; sons, Joe David Billalobos, Jr. (Erica); Jacob Daniel Billalobos (Cindy); daughter, Jennifer Billalobos (Joe Guajardo); brothers, Ramon Billalobos, Jr. (Connie); Gilbert Billalobos; Robert Billalobos (Gayle); sisters, Marta Rosenthal (John); Gloria Velasquez; Mary Jane Flores (Julian); Rebecca Chapa (Homer); nephew, Gilbert Hilburn, Jr.; nine grandchildren,; Joe Matthew, Jeremy, Joselyn, Jilliyn, and Jacklyn Guajardo; Aliyah and Joe David, III Billalobos; Alika and Aiden Olguin and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2019 2:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. Hurley Funeral Home Chapel Devine, Texas. Mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 4, 2019 9:00 A.M. St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with internment to follow in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
