Jose Seniseros Garza, a beloved farmer, passed away on October 10, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on October 15, 1943, to Jose and Refugia Garza in Pearsall, Texas. Jose was a dedicated and hardworking individual who made a lasting impact on those around him.
Born into a humble family, Jose learned the values of determination and perseverance from an early age. He carried these principles with him throughout his life and they shaped his successful career as a farmer. Jose's passion for agriculture was evident in everything he did. Whether tending to his crops or caring for his livestock, he approached every task with utmost dedication and love for the land.
Aside from his professional achievements, Jose was a pillar of support within his family. He was a loving husband to Madeline Mello and together they shared many years of companionship and mutual love. Their bond served as an example of true partnership and devotion.
Jose was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Joel Garza and son, Jose Garza III.
Jose was a proud father to his daughter, Belen Pardo (Ray) and sons, Edward Garza, John Garza (Candie), Ronald Garza (Julie). He is also survived by his siblings, Noe Garza, Jaime Garza Sr., Moises Garza (Adriana), Dora DeLeon (Abelino), and Elva Tristan who shared both laughter and tears throughout their lives.
The legacy of Jose Seniseros Garza extends beyond family ties. He leaves behind numerous grandchildren who brought immense joy into his life: Bianca Pardo, Breanne Pardo, Edward Garza Jr., Joseph Garza, Cassandra Garza, April Garza, Eric Garza, Olivia Garza, and Sophia Garza. Their presence brightened up his days and served as a reminder of the love and bond shared between generations.
In addition to his immediate family and grandchildren, Jose was adored by numerous nieces and nephews who admired him as an uncle figure.
Jose Seniseros Garza lived a life filled with love, dedication, and hard work. He will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to his family and his deep-rooted connection to the land. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A rosary will be recited on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. followed by a celebration of a mass at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall, Texas with interment to follow in Pearsall Cemetery.
