Jose Antonio Pena

Jose Antonio Pena of Devine, formerly of Pearsall, passed away  Sunday, January 26, 2020,  at the age of 55.  He was born February 22. 1964, to Pedro M. and Manuela (Veloz) Pena.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Manuela Pena.

Jose is survived by his father, Pedro M. Pena, Step- mother, Maria Pena; brothers, Jose Lorenzo Pena, Jose Luis Pena, Jose Angel Pena and wife Liz, Pedro Pena Jr. and wife Tanya; sisters, Dora Peralta and husband Ernie, Emma Reyes and husband Jose, Celia Rios and husband Jesus; step-brothers, Alvino Saldana and wife Velma, Albert Saldana and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2020, in the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Pearsall from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. with the Rosary recited at 7 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall with interment to follow in the Catholic West Cemetery.
