Louis Davila

Louis Alberto Davila passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, February 13th, in San Antonio at the age of 64. He is preceded in death by his son, Kordero Marteen Davila; parents, Antonio and Seleta Davila; brothers, Edward and Clem Davila.

Louis is survived by his wife, Maria Davila; children, Ruben (Jeannie) Robles, Raquel Moreno, Krystall (Mark) Maldonado, daughter-in-law, Natalie Davila; brothers, Juan Davila of Laredo, Rudy (Mary) Davila of Uvalde; sisters, Juanita Davila Matta (Louis) of Pecos, Alicia Davila of Pearsall, Lisa Davila Palomino (Frank) of Pearsall; grandchildren, Devin Robles, Amanda Ramirez, Christian Moreno, Jonah and Ariana Maldonado and Isabella Maria Davila, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a devout Catholic and an active member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall where he taught CCD classes. Louis was an avid San Antonio Spurs fan. He was very humble, and a caring and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Louis will be greatly missed.

A memorial rosary will be recited on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 9:00 AM followed by a memorial mass at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall.
