Michael Patrick Sollohub

Michael Patrick Sollohub, age 67, of Somerset, Texas, went to be with the Lord on September 27, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on February 10, 1957, in Glens Falls, NY, to Raymond and Anne Sollohub. Before turning 5, he moved to Fredericksburg, Tx where he attended St. Mary’s High School. On March 24, 1984, he married Donna Budnik in Somerset, Texas. He was very active in his kids' FFA animal projects every year and their countless sporting events. He loved hunting, fishing, and summer beach trips with his grandchildren. He was well regarded as a dedicated, honest, and hardworking individual who touched the lives of those around him.

Michael is survived by his loving wife of forty years, Donna; sons Lance (Kristi), Justin (Tamara), Tyler (Alyson), Dylan (Giselle); grandchildren Bristol, Kinzi, Truxton, Swayde, Kolton, Karli, Everlee, and Weston; brothers Douglas (Linda) and Raymond; sisters Barbara and Nancy, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Anne Sollohub; brothers David and Daniel; mother-in-law Joann Budnik; brother-in-law Danny Budnik; Niece Amber Budnik

 Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 8:45 am until Rosary at 9:30 am with Mass starting at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Somerset, Texas. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
