Minerva Carrizales

Minerva Carrizales of Pearsall, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2024, at the age of 89 with her family by her side. She was born to parents Francisco and Maria Vinton Robledo and resided in Pearsall all her life.

 Minerva is survived by daughters Mary Jane Luna (Ramon), daughter Yomeida Carrizales (Bradley), Son-in-Law Robert Cruz, grandchildren April Sandifer, Ramon F. Luna III (Anita), Aqueida Gonzalez, Christina Yanez (Mario), Marcello Gonzalez (Amber), Fillip Woodard, Marcus Woodard, Justin Woodard, Sophia Woodard, and 13 great-grandchildren, brother Frank Robledo Jr. (Maria), brother Roberto Robledo (Lucia), brother Alfredo Robledo (Leticia) and numerous nieces and nephews.

 Minerva is preceded in death by her husband Filiberto A. Carrizales, daughter Marcella Cruz, and brother Manuel Robledo (Adelita).

 Minerva was very devout in her faith and enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

 Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, starting at 8:00 A.M. until 9:45 A.M. with a Rosary recited at 8:45 A.M. at Primrose Funeral Services in Pearsall. Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, 10:00 A.M. Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with interment to follow in Catholic East Cemetery in Pearsall.
