Pedro "Pete" Reyes Pena, a dedicated manager for Greyhound Bus Station for 30 years, passed away on September 26, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on February 17, 1960, in Pearsall, Texas. Known for his laughter and his love for spending time with his family, Pedro leaves behind cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

Pedro was a highly regarded manager at the Greyhound Bus Station. Throughout his three-decade-long tenure, he consistently displayed professionalism and dedication to his work. His exemplary leadership skills earned him the respect and admiration of both his colleagues and those he supervised. Pedro had an innate ability to bring out the best in others through his guidance and mentorship.

Beyond his professional achievements, Pedro's true legacy lies in the warmth and joy he brought to those around him. A man with an infectious laughter, he could light up any room with his delightful sense of humor. Whether it was cracking jokes or sharing stories with friends and loved ones, Pedro had an uncanny ability to bring smiles to everyone's faces.

Above all else, Pedro cherished spending time with his family. He found immense joy in their company and always made it a priority to create lasting memories together. Pedro's love extended beyond blood relatives; he deeply cared for those close to him as if they were family too.

Pedro was preceded in death by his mother, Clotilde Reyes and grandparents.  He is survived by his sister, Simona Moreno (Jacob), nephew, Chris Moreno (Suzy), and niece, Jasmine Moreno, all of whom meant the world to him. Their bond was evident in the love they shared and the countless special moments they created together.

Pedro "Pete" Reyes Pena will always be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. His laughter and vibrant spirit brought happiness to all who knew him. As we reflect on his life, let us celebrate the profound impact he had on our lives and the countless ways in which he made this world a brighter place. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

A visitation will be on Monday, October 2, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Primrose Funeral Services in Pearsall, Texas. A mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall, Texas with interment to follow in Frio County Cemetery.
