Ricardo "Bear" Carpinteyro Jr.

Ricardo “Bear” Carpinteyro Jr., age 34 of Dilley TX., passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021, in San Antonio TX.

Ricardo is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ofelia Morales, Ralph Carpinteyro, and Bertha Carpinteyro.

He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Traci Carpinteyro, children, Trey Carpinteyro, Allie Carpinteyro, parents, Ricardo Carpinteyro, Soraida M. Carpinteyro, grandpa Welo Morales, brother, Joselito Morales (Zulema), sister, Rose Arriazola (Johnny Joe), numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He had a love for the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and loved to fish. He cherished his moments with his family.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, January 8, at 11:00 AM.  The service will be held at “the Bain.”  That is a hunting lodge west of Dilley.  Directions to the Bain are: from San Antonio, take exit 85 in Dilley and turn left on the access road (traveling south).  In 1/2 mile turn right on County Road 4670 (Cemetery Road).  Keep on CR 4670 for 7.6 miles. The gate to the Bain will be on the left (7765 CR 4670).

Concerning the memorial service that it is recommended but not required that masks be worn.
