Robert Delaney, born on September 12, 1959, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2024 at the age of 64.
Robert is survived by his sister; Elaine Turnbow (Gary), his brother; Jim Delaney (Donna), sons; Robert Delaney Jr. (Rose), and John Delaney, daughter; Tara Wyrwich (Troy), his four grandchildren; Jacob Delaney, Jacelyn Delaney, Sydney Wyrwich, and Ryder Wyrwich. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Glenda (Katy) Delaney, father James David Delaney and mother Sophie Delaney.
Known for his unwavering faith, love, and devotion for his family, and the great outdoors. Robert's legacy will be cherished by all who knew him.
Robert grew up with a profound respect for nature. His passion for fishing and hunting was evident from a young age, and he spent countless hours sharing this love with family and friends. Whether it was a serene morning on the lake or a crisp autumn day in the woods, Robert found solace and joy in nature's embrace.
Robert's deep faith was the cornerstone of his life. He was always ready to lend a helping hand. His faith guided him through life's challenges and was a beacon of hope for those around him.
Robert's commitment to his family was unwavering. Together, they built a home filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy, and he took great pleasure in sharing his outdoor adventures with them.

A Visitation will be held in his honor on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Primrose Funeral Services of Lytle,TX, with a Funeral Service on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 10:00a.m. with interment to follow in San Fernando III Cemetery in San Antonio, TX
