Rose M. Shuler was born on October 1, 1937, to Henry and Henrietta Nentwich and passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 83. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Billy T. Shuler, brothers, Henry, John and Joe; sisters, Louise, Henrietta, Mary and son-in-law, Chuck Fajkus. Rose is survived by her twin sister, Josephine; loving children, Allen Shuler and wife, Norma, Shirley Fajkus, William Shuler and wife, Denise, Terrell Shuler and wife, Becky. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Rose was very active in her local church and a singing group for nursing homes, lived to play the game of WaHoo with her family, and feed the grandhorse, D'Bo. She remained active to the very end walking 3 to 5 miles every morning. Rose loved to laugh, tease, and surprise us. On first appearance, one would think she was a meek character. Yet, she was a very tough woman in a tiny package with her favorite blue hat. Having beaten and persevered through several brushes with death, Rose always fought her way back to good health and happiness. She continued to bless and inspire others up to her last heartbeat. In the end, she was blessed with short suffering and was showered with goodbyes, I love you's, and hugs from her children, grandchildren, and daughter-in-laws. Surrounded by family, her death was a peaceful and gentle transition into the hands of her Lord and Savior.
