It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharon Ann Seifert Cusack Stanley, a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Sharon, born on November 9, 1946, in San Antonio, Texas, gracefully departed from this world on April 21, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving behind a profound legacy of love and resilience.

Sharon's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with the threads of family, friendship, and cherished memories. She dedicated her life to nurturing and supporting her family, instilling them with the values of compassion and determination. Throughout her journey, Sharon faced adversities with unwavering strength, demonstrating a spirit that inspired all who knew her.

As a devoted mother, Sharon found joy in every moment spent with her beloved children, Cherie Grona, Charles Cusack, and Carrie Workman as well as her grandchildren Megan Feuerbacher, Hannah Feuerbacher, Annie Bush, Jackson Cusack, Samuel Cusack, Sara Castillo, Kaitlin Workman, and great-grandchildren James, Charlie, Taylor, Riley, and Ella Bush, and two on the way.; siblings Diane Schmeltekopf and Steve Seifert. Her laughter echoed in family gatherings, and her love was as boundless as the sea. Whether dancing with joy, taking leisurely walks, or spending time on the beach, she embraced life with an open heart, inspiring others to do the same.

In celebration of her vibrant spirit, a funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Primrose Funeral Services in Devine, Texas with a visitation to begin at 10:00 AM with interment to follow in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Devine, Texas with a reception to follow. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a woman who brought light to our lives.

As we say farewell to Sharon Stanley, let us remember the warmth of her smile, the strength of her heart, and the love she shared with all of us. Though she may have left this world, her spirit will continue to dance among the stars, reminding us to embrace life with joy and to love fiercely. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever remain a guiding light in our hearts.

Sharon was preceded in death by her first husband Richard Cusack, second husband Harold Stanley, parents William Theodore Seifert, Jr., Ethel Louise Seifert, and brother Jimmy Seifert, and granddaughter Lizbeth Cusack.
