Shirley Ann Dear, age,73, of Lytle Tx., passed away Sunday January 2, 2022, at her residence.

Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Dear; parents, Junior Stewart and Mary Hummel; brothers, Eugene Hummel, Charles Hummel, Glen Hummel;  sisters, Deanna Hummel, Deborah Stewart, and maternal grandparents.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Dear; sons, Charlie Richards, Kevin Dear, Matthew Dear; grandchildren, Michelle Vargas, Desiree Freire, Samantha Dear, Savannah Botello, Max Lambrecht, Mykensey Lopez, Raegan Dear, Taytum Dear, Tenleigh Dear, Dallas Richards; great- grandchildren, Andrew Vargas, Antonio Vargas, Alessandra Vargas; brother, Terry Stewart; sisters, Connie Smith, and Kathy Morris; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from 4:00 PM till 9:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home-Lytle, Chapel.

Celebration of Life service will be held, Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Hurley Funeral Home-Lytle, Chapel.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 9:30 AM at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio Tx.
