Tanya McCauley Tilley

Tanya McCauley Tilley, of Devine, Texas, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her beloved family members on September 2, 2024. Born February 12, 1961 in Center, Texas. Tanya was a graduate of The University of Texas, and was an educator for 29 years with her last 9 years being in the local town of Devine. She was a long time resident of Devine where she and her husband of over 30 years Leslie Tilley, raised their two sons Carson and John Lawton Tilley. Tanya created a warm and loving home where she welcomed all. There was nothing Tanya loved more than shining God's light and spirit with not only her abundance of friends and family, but to all who would listen. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church where she served others through ministries. To know her is to Love her.

Tanya leaves behind her husband, Les (Leslie) Tilley; sons, Carson Tilley, John Lawton Tilley; and brother John McCauley.

A Viewing will be held at Primrose Funeral Services in Devine, Texas on Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 5:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. A Funeral service will be held in her honor at First Baptist Church in Devine, Texas on Friday, September 6, 2024 from 10:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
