Trinidad B. Martinez, Jr. (Gordo)

Trinidad B. Martinez, Jr. (Gordo) passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the age of 37. Trinidad was a graduate of Pearsall High School and Southwest Texas Junior College. He was born on November 16, 1985 to Trinidad Martinez, Sr. and Noelia Bueno Jacobo in Dilley TX. He is preceded in death by his father, Trinidad V. Martinez, Sr.; Uncle Ricardo Martinez; Grandparents, Rosendo and Lucia Martinez; brother, Martin Bueno, Uncle Teodoro A. Gandara, Jr. and Rev. Gilbert Marquez. Trinidad is survived by his loving wife, Belinda Martinez; children, Gabriel and Stephanie (Jacob) and 3 grandchildren, Mia, Adalyn and Rylee. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was employed for many years with Renegade Oil Services and ended his long time oil field career with Trinity Operating.

Trinidad was a loving husband, father, son, grandfather and a man of God who centered his life around his family. Always so hardworking and willing to help others in a time of need. We will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Primrose Funeral Services in Pearsall. A funeral service will be on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM at I.E.C. Family Worship Center in Pearsall with interment to follow in Pearsall Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Francisco Arredondo, Johnny Garcia, Edward Carrizales, Robert Maldonado, Jacob Kent, John Mendez, Victor Martinez, Jr., Edward Martinez, Raul Martinez, Royel Bueno, Teodoro Gandara, III and Alex Monarres.
