Vicenta G. Bernal

Vicenta G Bernal, 81, passed away on September 29, 2020 in Pearsall. She was born on July 19, 1939 in Pearsall to parents Enrique Guajardo and Severa Rendon Guajardo.

Vicenta was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Lorenzo Guajardo, Roberto Guajardo , Petra Hinojosa, Candelaria Elizondo and Maria Hernandez and one great-grandchild, Caiden Cruz.

Vicenta is survived by her husband Patricio (Pat) Bernal Jr, daughter Elsa Bernal (Eddie Cruz), son Patricio Bernal III, siblings Jose (Irene) Guajardo, Carmelo Guajardo, and Tanis Guajardo. grandchildren Aaron (Marisa) Bernal, Christopher Cruz ,and Christian Cruz, and seven great-grandchildren: Jaclynn, Meaghan, Emaleigh, Aliana, Annabelle, Nicholas and Cameron.

Visitation will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel Sunday, October 4th, from 2:00pm until 9:00pm, with the Rosary at 7pm. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 5, 2020, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Pearsall Cemetery, Pearsall, Texas.

Due to the limitations imposed by the COVID-19 Pandemic, masks or facial coverings will be required and social distancing observed. Please limit physical contact to members of your immediate family.
