Victoria Castillo Camacho, age 75, passed away peacefully March 15, 2021. She was born May 8,1945 in Devine, Texas to Leo Castillo Sr. and Jesucita Fuentes Castillo. She eloped and married the love of her life, Luterio Camacho Jr. on September 17th of 1962 who preceded her in death in August 2020. Victoria loved to love on people. She loved her grandkids dearly and always making sure they had a hot meal when they come over. Her hands were rarely still as she loved cooking breakfast and dinner for her children and grandchildren. She loved playing bingo and going to the casino with her husband, children, and grandkids. For many years Victoria lived a full life being a housewife and mother, it suited her servant heart. Victoria was always gracious to all her knew her, never a kinder heart than hers, her life example was a living example of her favorite Bible verse, Ephesians 4:32 - "And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ." Victoria is proceeded in death by her beloved husband Luterio Camacho Jr, father Leo Castillo Sr., mother Jesucita Castillo, brother Raymond Castillo, and sister Mary Castillo Howard. Victoria is survived by her children Rosalinda Pompa (Richard), Mary Jane Camacho Peralez (Jesse) and Luterio Camacho III (Jennifer), brother Leo Castillo Jr. (Diane) brother Joe Castillo (Eva), brother Wally Castillo (Mary), brother Rudy Castillo (Terri), brother Bobby Castillo, brother Roy Castillo, sister Noelia Ulibarri, sister Janie Arredondo (Albert), sister Diana Castillo Ramos (Ramiro). Grandchildren Richard Pompa Jr. (Briana) Ashley Martinez (Matthew), Jordan Martinez, Stephanie Espinoza, Katrina Camacho, Savannah Camacho, Samantha Pompa, Karlie Camacho. Great Grandchildren Jeremy Muniz (Marissa), Alivia Pompa, Aiden Espinoza, Adalei Pompa, Avy Pompa, Emmalee Espinoza, Wyatt Belor, Avery Garza. Great-great grandchild Valentina Muniz. Family is requesting masks to be worn to attend services. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 21, 2020 from 2:00PM till 9:00PM with a Rosary being recited at 7:00PM at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel Devine. Mass will be celebrated Monday, March 22, 2021 at 10:00AM at ST. Joseph Catholic Church with interment to follow in ST. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Devine.
